Does it grind hard spices?
Yes for dry seeds and spices (cumin, coriander, pepper, broken cinnamon sticks). It also chops fresh ingredients: tomato, onion, garlic, parsley. After fresh ingredients, wipe the bowl with a damp cloth, then a dry one.
What if the product arrives damaged?
Check the parcel in front of the courier. If it is damaged, refuse it and contact us on WhatsApp: we send another one.
