This page explains what data Dialna collects when you order and what we do with it.
What we collect
Your name, phone number, wilaya, commune and delivery address if you choose home delivery. We ask for no email, password or bank card.
What it is used for
To call you to confirm the order, prepare the parcel and hand it to the courier. The courier receives your name, phone and address for delivery.
Ad measurement
The page uses the Meta pixel to measure orders coming from our ads. Data sent to Meta is hashed (unreadable). You can block this pixel with an ad blocker and still order.
Retention
Orders are kept for as long as commercial and accounting management requires. You can ask us to delete your data by writing to us.
Your rights
Under Algerian law 18-07 on personal data protection, you can access, correct or delete your data by contacting us on WhatsApp.
